Hi, my name is Loren! I have a background in social work, heath and dance, and I’m passionate about sharing the tools of yoga and its benefits through a Sports Yoga approach.
I teach functional movement, relaxation tools and breath work through yoga; which enables the practitioner over a period of time to increase flexibility, strength and gain more freedom within their form.
I believe yoga is for everybody and therefore I offer lots of variations in all my group classes to suit people’s individual needs, enabling them to still enjoy the connectedness of a group environment.
